Digital Salon is a cloud-based salon management software designed to help salons, spas, and wellness businesses manage appointments, staff, customers, inventory, billing, and business reporting.

Digital Salon is powered by Waah Digital, a digital marketing and technology company based in Jagdalpur, India.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

4. Subscription & Payments

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a separate Refund Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our salon management system. However, we do not guarantee:

Continuous or error-free operation

Immediate correction of technical issues

Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Digital Salon shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits or revenue

Business interruption

Data loss due to user negligence

Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the software is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms

You fail to pay subscription fees

You misuse the platform

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jagdalpur, India.
